RETURN POLICY AND TERMS OF USE

ACCEPTED PAYMENT
- Paying online is safe and simple. We accept MasterCard/Visa, American Express, and PayPal
for your purchases. Sales Tax No sales tax will be charged if the delivery address is located out of
the state of Virginia. All deliveries in Virginia will be charged the appropriate sales tax on
merchandise.
- Prices subject to change without notice.
- We make every effort to ship out your order within 24-48 hours, we use UPS to ship out all merchandise.

WARRANTY
All Kids Lamps LLC warrants their products to be free from defects in materials and
workmanship, for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. Should this product prove to
be defective at any time during the warranty period All Kids Lamps LLC will replace it without
charge. Any replacements will be handled according to All Kids Lamps LLC return policy.


-Due to the nature of handcrafts, all color and measurements may vary slightly. Revisions: All
Kids Lamps LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any product on the All
Kids Lamps website. Including, the availability of any product and/or feature.

MERCHANDISE CLAIMS AND RETURN POLICY
All Kids Lamps LLC will only take back and issue credit for NEW merchandise (never installed
or used for display) in salable condition which was purchased within the last 3 months.
Merchandise must be returned complete and undamaged in the original boxes with all the original
packaging material. Upon a confirmed/approved arrival of your return, we check if there is a RMA
number attached to the returned merchandise and if its valid, if so we will process the
merchandise for a full refund, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
The return request must be sent to us in writing. Please email our Customer Service Department
at sales@allkidslamps.com or go to our contact page with the following information:

On top of email: requesting a refund or exchange:
1. Order number
2. Product number and/or name
3. Reason for return
4. Note type of return (Refund, Exchange, Replacement)
5. Your Phone Number

We will reply via email with a Return Material Authorization number (RMA#), which MUST be
issued prior to Allkidslamps.com accepting any returns. Packages without an RMA number
cannot be accepted at our warehouse. Please return items in their original box. Include the
original packing slip, copy of the receipt that you received via email, exchange or refund
instructions and the RMA number. The RMA number should also be clearly visible and on the
shipping label. All returned merchandise must be properly packed, and must be returned to All
Kids Lamps LLC within 5 days of issuance of the RMA. Return shipping costs are the
customer's responsibility.

If merchandise is not received by All Kids Lamps LLC within 30 days of the RMA date, the
RMA will be canceled. NO CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED UNLESS THE RETURN
INSTRUCTIONS HAVE BEEN FOLLOWED AND THE MERCHANDISE HAS BEEN
RETURNED TO ALL KIDS LAMPS LLC. CREDIT WILL BE APPLIED TO
CUSTOMERS ACCOUNT. NO REFUND CHECKS WILL BE ISSUED.

Customer is responsible for paying all outbound and return freight except in the following circumstances:
-Error or miss-shipment is the fault of All Kids Lamps LLC
- Defective product received by customer within the past 30 days
- Merchandise damaged in shipment and received by customer within the past 5 days.

Where do I send the returns?
Please arrange to have packages shipped back to the address emailed to you with your
authorized RMA number. You may use UPS, FedEx or USPS.

When will I receive my exchange or refund?

Once the package is picked up from your location, it could take UPS or FedEx one to two
weeks to return the item back to our warehouse. We will exchange or issue credit within 14
business days of receiving items with authorized RMA numbers. Please note that credit card
refunds may not appear until the following billing cycle.

DAMAGED MERCHANDISE
All Kids Lamps must be notified within 3 days of customers receipt of merchandise damaged in
shipment. An RMA number will be issued at that time, you must follow the Return Instructions
above. After the damaged merchandise has been inspected, a replacement will be shipped, unless customer requests otherwise.

LIABILITY
Seller shall not be liable for failure to deliver or delays in delivery for causes beyond seller's
control. All Kids Lamps LLC. cannot be held responsible for any damage or injury to a person or
property resulting from the use of any item sold by All Kids Lamps LLC. All Kids Lamps LLC
shall in no event be responsible for any incidental or consequential damages rising from the use
our products.

The All Kids Lamps LLC Web Site may contain links to other Web Sites (Links). The Linked
Sites are not under the control of All Kids Lamps LLC and All Kids Lamps LLC is not
responsible for the contents of any Linked Site, including without limitation any link contained in a
Linked Site, or any changes or updates to a Linked Site. All Kids Lamps LLC is not responsible
for webcasting or any other form of transmission received from any Linked Site. All Kids Lamps
LLC is providing these links to you only as a convenience, and the inclusion of any link does not
imply endorsement by All Kids Lamps LLC of the site or any association with its operators.
